Texoma Wholesales LLC – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership and interactions with Texoma Wholesales LLC (“Company”). By becoming a member, entering the store, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Membership is required for all purchases and access to the store.
1.2 Membership eligibility is restricted to persons 18 years or older with valid state or federal identification.
1.3 One membership may extend to up to four (4) adults within a household, each of whom must complete separate applications and provide valid ID.

2.1 Membership is a privilege, not a right.
2.2 Texoma Wholesales LLC may suspend, revoke, or terminate membership at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or explanation.
2.3 Refunds of membership fees, if any, shall be provided solely at the Company’s discretion.

3.1 Use of Company-provided transparent bags is mandatory.
3.2 Receipts must be presented upon request by Company staff.
3.3 Smoking, vaping, or possession of weapons is prohibited, except by active law enforcement.
3.4 All members and visitors consent to incidental inclusion in livestreams, recordings, or security footage.

4.1 All sales are final.
4.2 Exchanges or store credit may be offered solely at the discretion of the manager on duty.
4.3 No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5.1 Texoma Wholesales LLC shall not be liable for:

• Product defects, unless expressly acknowledged in writing by management.
   
• Incidental or consequential damages resulting from shopping, use of products, or participation in membership.
   
• Losses arising from livestream participation, video capture, or third-party use of footage.
   

5.2 You agree to hold the Company harmless from any and all claims related to membership, shopping, or use of facilities.

6.1 All disputes must first be submitted to binding mediation, then to arbitration in Wichita County, Texas.
6.2 You waive the right to jury trial, consolidated class actions, or remedies outside arbitration.

You agree to indemnify and defend Texoma Wholesales LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your conduct, membership, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms may be amended, revised, or replaced by the Company at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of future Terms.
