7.1 This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Texas.
7.2 Any dispute shall be subject to binding mediation, then mandatory arbitration, in Wichita County, Texas.
7.3 You waive the right to jury trial, appeal, or litigation in any other forum.

Texoma Wholesales LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, expand, retract, or entirely replace this Policy at any time, with or without notice, and with retroactive effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
